At a weight loss plateau, what should i do?
I was on a diet with exercise for two weeks. Within that two weeks i lost 8lbs. I ran 30 minutes everyday 5 days a week. Averaging about 1 3/4 – 2 miles a day. Consuming 1500 calories.
i took two weeks off after my grandparents came to visit and my family had to spend time with them so i had to put the diet on halt. I’m now back on my diet and continued my diet for 2 weeks now with about 30 sit ups and side crunches everyday. Instead of losing i went up 1lbs. I found it awkward and realized that i’ve probably hit my weight lost plateau.
I am 15 turning 16, 5′7″/67 inches, currently weighing 126lbs/57kg.
What should i do to my weight lost plan to continue losing weight? I want to lose about 5-10 more pounds.
I really want to be at least 113-118lbs. Please don’t tell me this is not healthy and that its under the BMI range. I believe the BMI chart is inaccurate.
